The Patio Thai is aptly named with a hidden outdoor garden space and relaxing fountain surrounded my lush greenery, our downtown restaurant is a charming outdoor dining spot for everyone

Co-owners, Tintin Khawplod and Jessie Moonkaew started the Patio Thai since 2018 with the belief that authentic Thai food should not only be found in Thailand - but here in Richmond as well.

The menu offers a perfect blend of traditional, old-world recipes with a modern interpretation. We take dishes commonly made by Thai street-food vendors and bring them into the restaurant in new and exciting ways. Using only the finest ingredients, we have created unique dishes packed with bold flavors.

Additionally, we offer a beautiful banquet room and courtyard patio for all your special events, whether it's a rehearsal dinner, wedding anniversary party or holiday gathering. A catering menu is available to accommodate all of your party's needs.
